| This is another view of the former PRR interlocking tower for the PRR/Monon diamond. The tower fell into the CR family and lasted into the 1980's before being torn down. The icontic pointed Monon semaphore can be seen to the far right side of the photo. The Monon trackage was removed in the early 1970's. This photo was made from Hoosier rail fan Dick Berry's original negative now in my collection. |
