It was published originally in the Summer 1996 issue of "The Keystone" magazine, page 21. Photo Caption: "K-2S #9994 and 70P70A tender in East St. Louis, Illinois, 1933." Photo by Robert J. Foster. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9994, a K-2S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata as a K-2 during November of 1910, rebuilt as a K-2S in August of 1917, and retired in November of 1933.
