C&NW 8006 and 6820 Pose Among Blue "Flags"  Contributor's Pick!       
A blue flag (here blue blinking lights) means an engine is being worked on so don't move it. Each craft puts out their own blue flag and can be the only one that removes it. Here 6820 looks like it has at least two.
