WB. Here is an image of a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken at the 19th Street Grade Crossing in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in December of 1965. Partially visible here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6025, an EF-25A built by GM-EMD in April of 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower.
