| These eight locomotives were on the Wabtec/GE-BNSF interchange about a mile and a half north of the Fort Worth plant. Unrebuilt Union Pacific AC4400CW 6230 (serial no. 48529, built May 1995; 412,000 pounds) was with newly-remanufactured locomotives UP C44ACM 7020 (48897, Jan 1996; 412,000 pounds), Canadian Pacific AC4400CWM units 8150 (50131, Nov 1997) and 8153 (50146, Dec 1997) both 415,000 pounds; and Norfolk Southern AC44C6M units 4216 (49092, Feb 1996), 4201 (49130, Mar 1996), 4198 (49180, Apr 1996) and 4215 (49108, Feb 1996), all 432,000 pounds. A BNSF crew used UP 6230 to move the rebuilt units to its ALLIANCE YARD about four miles away. |
