ELBUs counterpart, BUEL, left Buffalo this morning and is now 75 miles into the trip as it passes under a local bridge near the NY-PA line. The effort required to move the 138 cars is evident, as only the 6000 HP of three GP 38's is enough to get the train over the road. |
