Portugal - Entroncamento station
Entroncamento originated in the middle of the 19th century, with the birth of the national railway network. Its toponymic name Entroncamento literally means junction, due to the junction of the two railway lines that developed in 1864. Today it is in the middle of the Portuguese south-north and central-east rail network. InterCity services Lisboa-Porto provides a regular stop here.
