Q190 heads for C.P. Zoo, moving slowly. It's competition below it on I-76 is moving at about the same speed, probably another of the highway's infamous traffic jams. Both forms of freight traffic are alongside lot's of greenery and the Schuylkill River on a warm late-June morning.
