This Capitol Corridor train has just left Jack London Square Station and was heading toward Sacramento and where it would start street running someone parked a car too close to the tracks. On my scanner I could hear the engineer or condictor asking the dispatcher to call a "black and white." The driver came and moved the car minutes later before the police arrived. |
