In the background, the recently renovated University of Idaho Kibbie Dome, home of the Vandals, stands proud and tall telling all that pass this way that this is Moscow Idaho. For the past two years, a faux Southern Pacific F unit and a red and black GP30 have also been common sights in Moscow during the spring and fall.
