Description:  SP SD45T-2 9367, Clyde, Illinois, May 29, 1983, photo by Chuck Zeiler. Buflt in February 1975 (c/n 73674-24), it apparently was not rebuilt. It was assigned UP number 4915, but was retired June 30, 1999 before receiving that number. This is an example of EMD's L-shaped engineer's window, which was somewhat unsufessful, only because of the added expense of keeping an expensive piece of custom glass in stock in the event of the need to replace it.

This locomotive would have a long career in the Dallas area after leaving the UP roster becoming CEFX 9373 and placed on long term lease with Dallas, Garland, and Northeastern. In late 2013 after suffering a broken crankshaft this EMD was sold as MVPX 9373 and shipped off to be scrapped.
