Here is page one of a two-page article entitled "New Boats Join PRR's Navy." It was published originally in the May-June 1960 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 14. Photo Captions: "At the Dravo Corporation shipyard, Pittsburgh, hull units of a new PRR tug are assembled upside down (left). Final assembly of hull follows (center), then tug is launched into Ohio River (right). Photo below shows tug 'New York' in tests before joining PRR."
