Description:  Electric Scrap. Here is an original photo that I took in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, on 24 November 1962. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #3915, #5689, and #4708. #3915 and #5689 are B-1 (C) electrics built in Juniata and rated at 570 horsepower each. #3915 was constructed in 1926, but #5689 was built in 1934. #4708 is a P-5A (2-C-2) electric built by Baldwin-Westinghouse in August of 1932 and rated at 3,750 horsepower. All three are about to be scrapped.
